Description
I’m Lily, one of the siblings from the Northside cat colony. I am 6 years old, spayed, FIV/FELV negative, and so happy to be off of the street! For most of my life, my siblings and I were living at a construction site in Brooklyn with our mom. This was no place for a bunch of kitties and, while living there, my tail was injured, requiring it to be amputated. I don’t mind so much anymore. I am smaller than my brothers and sisters, weighing just shy of 7 pounds, but I am said to have a big appetite and tremendous presence! I am not quite ready to be a lap cat, but I very much enjoy human company and am great at communicating. Coming from a big family, I am not bothered by other cats or noise-filled environments. As long as I have some wet food to eat, a window to look out of, and humans that will allow me some alone time, I can easily feel right at home. Currently, I am in foster care receiving lots of love and attention. But, in my heart, I really want a permanent family. Will you be the one?
