Isn’t he the cutest guy!!! James, about 3-years old, was brought to Manhattan Animal Care and Control as a stray on 11/2/12, and was pulled by Second Chance Rescue on 12/6/12. James has a seizure disorder and Big Hands Little Paws has contributed towards his medical care.
